Job shadowing v meste Kecskemét

 

     V dňoch medzi 9. a 13. októbrom som strávila prekrásny týždeň na Gymnáziu Jánosa Bolyaiho v Kecskeméte v Maďarsku vďaka programu Erasmus+.

     Ako vyučujúca maďarského jazyka a literatúry som chcela nahliadnuť do vyučovacích metód dramatickej pedagogiky, vyučovania drámy, získať nové nápady a poznatky, ktoré by viedli k zahájeniu činností divadelného krúžku v našej škole, čo sa vďaka milým kolegom v Kecskeméte aj podarilo.

     Veľmi ma potešilo, že kolegyňa, moja mentorka Mónika Muráncsik Tóth, mi od prvej chvíle bola nápomocná, s láskou ma prijala a rôznorodými činnosťami obohatila moje dni strávené na tomto mieste.

     Ako pozorovateľka som sa zúčastnila niekoľkých hodín drámy, kde som odpozorovala rôzne metódy a dostala som aj veľmi dobré rady k vedeniu divadelného krúžku od kolegyne Angely Répási, ktorá už 20 rokov úspešne vedie divadelný krúžok v danej škole. Vďaka nej som sa zúčastnila dvoch hodín drámy aj v anglickom jazyku, kde som mala možnosť oživiť si svoje znalosti z anglického jazyka.

     Zaujímavým faktom je, že na Gymnáziu J. Bolyaiho pôsobí aj španielska lektorka, ktorá tiež vedie hodiny drámy. Na jednej z nich som sa zúčastnila aj ja. Napriek jazykovej bariére spôsobenej tým, že španielsky jazyk neovládam, som vďaka situačným hrám a improvizačným hereckým etudám veľa pochopila.

     Počas svojho pobytu v Maďarsku som sa zúčastnila aj hodín maďarského jazyka a literatúry, v rámci ktorých som sledovala, akými vzdelávacími metódami robia jednotliví vyučujúci hodiny zaujímavými. Hoci v Maďarsku rámcový učebný plán (učebné osnovy) a požiadavky na maturitné skúšky sa v niečom líšia od tých našich slovenských, maďarskí učitelia používajú veľa užitočných praktických metód, ktorými môžem obohatiť a spestriť svoje vyučovacie hodiny aj ja. Nakoľko vyučujem aj matematiku, zúčastnila som sa aj niekoľkých vyučovacích hodín matematiky, z ktorých si takisto odnášam nové cenné skúsenosti.

     Po pozorovaní (hospitácii) sa s každým vyučujúcim uskutočnila diskusia, pohovor, výmena skúseností, v rámci ktorých sme prebrali požiadavky vzdelávacieho systému v Maďarsku a na Slovensku, ich podobnosti a rozdielnosti.

     Okrem možností na profesijný rast mi mesto Kecskemét ponúklo vyžiť sa aj po kultúrnej stránke. Literárne a kultúrne tradície tohto mesta sa totiž úzko viažu na maďarskú kultúru ako takú, čo ponúka všetkým, ktorí toto mesto navštívia, zavítať na nádherné miesta, ktoré doslova dýchajú históriou. Či už som mala možnosť pozrieť si výstavu v kultúrnom centre Hírös Agóra alebo v priestoroch Cifrapalota, ktorý bol pôvodne postavený ako obytný dom, ale už desaťročia funguje ako obrazáreň a múzeum, alebo som si užila predstavenie Národného divadla Józsefa Katonu a dve filmové predstavenia v kine Otthon, vo všetkých prípadoch išlo o nezabudnuteľné zážitky.

     Môžem teda konštatovať, že moje dni strávené v Maďarsku v rámci job shadowingu, čiže pozorovania pri práci, boli veľmi hodnotné. Keď budem mať možnosť, určite sa vrátim do tohto prekrásneho nížinného mestečka.

Job shadowing v maďarskom Kecskeméte

V rámci Akreditácie Erasmus + sme rozbehli aj prvé pozorovanie pri práci , tzv. Job Shadowing. Od 9.10.2023 do 13.10.2023 sa Job shadowing  začal pre Tímeu Lörincz, ktorá práve v tomto týždni absolvuje pozorovanie výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu na Gimnáziu Bolyaiho v Maďarsku v meste Kecskemét. Pozorovanie pozostáva z hospitácií na vyučovacích hodinách maďarského jazyka a literatúry, dramatickej a mediálnej výchovy a taktiež matematiky. Pedagogický zbor gymnázia spolu s mentorkou, kolegyňou Mónika Muráncsik Tóth ju prijali veľmi srdečne.

 

 

Job shadowing in the city of Kecskemét

Between October 9 and 13, I spent a wonderful week at the János Bolyai High School in Kecskemét, Hungary, thanks to the Erasmus+ program.

As a teacher of Hungarian language and literature, I wanted to get an insight into the teaching methods of dramatic pedagogy, teaching drama, to gain new ideas and knowledge that would lead to the start of the activities of a theater club in our school, which, thanks to my kind colleagues in Kecskemét, I succeeded.

I was very pleased that my colleague, my mentor Mónika Muráncsik Tóth, was helpful to me from the first moment, welcomed me with love and enriched my days spent at this place with various activities.

As an observer, I took part in several drama classes, where I observed different methods and also received very good advice on running a theater club from my colleague Angela Répási, who has been successfully running a theater club at the given school for 20 years. Thanks to her, I took part in two drama classes in English as well, where I had the opportunity to refresh my knowledge of the English language.

An interesting fact is that the J. Bolyai High School also has a Spanish lecturer who also teaches drama classes. I also participated in one of them. Despite the language barrier caused by the fact that I do not speak Spanish, I understood a lot thanks to situational games and improvisational acting studies.

During my stay in Hungary, I also took part in Hungarian language and literature classes, during which I observed the educational methods used by individual teachers to make the classes interesting. Although in Hungary the framework curriculum (curriculum) and the requirements for the matriculation exams are somewhat different from our Slovak ones, Hungarian teachers use many useful practical methods that I can use to enrich and diversify my lessons. Since I also teach mathematics, I also took part in several mathematics lessons, from which I also take away valuable new experiences.

After the observation (hospitalization), a discussion, interview, exchange of experiences took place with each teacher, during which we discussed the requirements of the educational system in Hungary and Slovakia, their similarities and differences.

In addition to opportunities for professional growth, the city of Kecskemét also offered me a chance to make a living culturally. Literary and cultural traditions of this city are closely related to Hungarian culture as such, which offers all who visit this city to wonderful places that literally breathe history. Whether I had the opportunity to see an exhibition in the Hírös Agóra cultural center or in the premises of Cifrapalota, which was originally built as a residential house but has been functioning as an art gallery and museum for decades, or I enjoyed a performance of the József Katona National Theater and two film screenings in the cinema Otthon, in all cases it was an unforgettable experience.

So I can state that my days spent in Hungary as part of job shadowing, i.e. observation at work, were very valuable. When I have the chance, I will definitely return to this beautiful lowland town.

Job shadowing in Kecskemét, Hungary

As part of the Erasmus + Accreditation, we also started the first observation at work, the so-called Job Shadowing. From 9/10/2023 to 13/10/2023, Job shadowing started for Tímea Lörincz, who this very week is observing the educational process at the Bolyai High School in Hungary in the city of Kecskemét. The observation consists of visits to classes of Hungarian language and literature, drama and media education, as well as mathematics. The teaching staff of the grammar school together with her mentor, colleague Mónika Muráncsik Tóth, welcomed her very warmly.
